Your broken or unwanted jewellery could help make a real difference to patients and families supported by the Beacon Centre.

Whether it’s broken, unworn, mismatched or simply no longer your style, every donation has the potential to raise vital funds. From gold and silver to costume jewellery, watches, and vintage pieces, your donations are carefully assessed and given a new purpose.

Items are carefully sorted and either be sold at auctions (commission-free), resold at a local shop, or repurposed to create stunning art pieces and trinkets by Trisha McGarry at Creative Originals. All the proceeds are then donated to the Beacon Centre.

This helps ensure each donation achieves the best possible value, turning forgotten treasures into much-needed funding for the Beacon Centre.

It’s an easy way to declutter while knowing your unwanted jewellery is helping provide care and support for local people affected by cancer.

A huge thank you to Maggie, whose dedication to this Jewellery Appeal has helped raise an incredible £7,355 for the Beacon Centre since August 2025.

Maggie carefully sorts and prepares each donation, ensuring every item finds the most appropriate route to maximise its value. Thanks to her hard work, and the generosity of everyone who has donated, jewellery that may otherwise have been left in a drawer is being transformed into vital funds that help us continue supporting patients and their loved ones.
