SUPPORT LOVE MUSGROVE OVER A YEAR OF ACTIVITY

Choosing to work with Love Musgrove over a long period of time really highlights to your customers that your care about thier local hospital. At the beginning of the year we will have a tailored conversation with your team about how to realise the full potential of fundraising and the brand impact we can have together.

Over the year, activity could include:

At every stage we put the needs of your company first, meaning we can be sure you’ll get as much out of partnering with Love Musgrove. We know some companies already have well established Charity of the Year schemes, so if Love Musgrove needs to apply, please let us know.

Sponsorship

We run a series of events in support of Musgrove Park Hospital each year and corporate sponsorship (both financial or otherwise) is vital to help these events run and raise as much money as possible.

Cause Related Marketing (CRM)

PRODUCTS SUPPORTED BY THE LOVE MUSGROVE BRAND

Research by ‘Business in the Community’ has shown that 86% of consumers are more likely to buy a product that is associated with a cause. They also found that 73% of consumers would switch brands because of it.

Some examples of potential CRMs:

• Proceeds of a hot drink going towards Musgrove on the day of the NHS Big Tea (5th July)

• For every 10 blankets bought, one will be donated to Musgrove’s Maternity Department

Corporate Donations

WE MAKE IT AS EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR COMPANIES TO MAKE A GIFT

There are many ways your company can have an impact on Musgrove Park Hospital, and it doesn’t just involve giving money. We also welcome the donation of shares, investments that will earn dividends for us, or securities, such as bonds.

And beyond financial donations, we also accept gifts in kind, that can both showcase your products and company and help us raise vital funds. We’re always looking for prizes for raffles and auctions and always give public credit to those who have supported us.

Payroll Giving

HELP YOUR EMPLOYEES GIVE TO CAUSES THEY LOVE

Payroll Giving allows your staff to make regular contributions to Love Musgrove. Not only is it a simple way to support the Charity, but a contribution through your payroll is also the most effective way to donate, because donations are deducted before you pay tax.

One of the simplest ways to enable your employees to support our cause is by signing up your company to Payroll Giving. This means that members of staff are able to choose to donate a small amount of their pay to charity, which is given before tax too.

Strategic Partnerships

WORKING TO SUPPORT A CAUSE CLOSE TO YOUR BUSINESS AIMS.

Every year Musgrove Park Hospital treats over 450,000 patients for a huge variety of reasons, and it takes a huge amount of work to keep the place running. Because of the sheer size of the place, there are plenty of projects we support that may have a link with your company that would benefit from strategic support.

Some examples of where we have created a partnership based on business topic:

– Working with local garden centres to raise funds and support the Hospital’s gardens

– Nurseries fundraising to support the Children’s Department

– Bike Shop giving support to our Annual Cycle Event
